Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Stampede raffle platform (the "Service") operated by BFLO Store ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by BFLO Store at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service and participate in raffles, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be an employee of BFLO Store, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising agencies
• Not be a member of the immediate family or household of any such employee
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

4. Account Registration

You may be required to provide certain information to participate in raffles. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Raffle Participation

By participating in any raffle through the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your entry
• Comply with all raffle-specific rules and requirements
• Accept that only one entry per person per raffle is permitted
• Understand that multiple entries using different contact methods may result in disqualification
• Agree that automated or bulk entries are strictly prohibited
• Accept that all entries are subject to verification

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners are selected through random drawings conducted in accordance with the Official Rules for each raffle. By participating, you agree that:

• All decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding
• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their entry
• Winners must respond to notification within the time period specified in the raffle rules
• Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner
• Winners may be required to complete and return additional documentation

7. Prizes

All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. By accepting a prize, you acknowledge that:

• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Prizes cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash
• BFLO Store reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value
• You are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes
• You may be required to provide a Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes
• BFLO Store is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged during shipping

8. User Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or scripts to submit entries

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BFLO Store and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BFLO STORE, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

BFLO Store shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to earthquake, fire, flood, act of God, act of war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BFLO Store and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (a) your use and access of the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any raffle or the Service at any time without prior notice.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Erie County, New York. You waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
