Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Stampede raffle platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of New York State to participate in our raffles. By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Entry Rules
- One entry per person per raffle
- All information provided must be accurate and truthful
- Multiple entries using different contact methods will be disqualified
- Automated or bulk entries are prohibited
Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners are selected through a random drawing
- Winners will be notified within 48 hours of selection
- Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize
- If a winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected
Prizes
- Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Prizes cannot be exchanged or substituted
- Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes
- BFLO Store reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value
Liability
BFLO Store is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures or errors. By entering, you release BFLO Store from any liability related to your participation in the raffle.
Modification and Termination
BFLO Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any raffle at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
