Official Rules

1. Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
  • Must be a legal resident of the United States
  • Must not be an employee of BFLO Store, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or households
  • Must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Void where prohibited by law

2. How to Enter

  1. Visit any participating BFLO Store location or access the raffle through our official website
  2. Complete the official entry form with accurate and truthful information
  3. Provide valid contact information (email address and/or phone number)
  4. Answer all required survey questions
  5. Review and accept the Official Rules, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy
  6. Submit your entry before the raffle end date and time

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person per raffle. Multiple entries using different contact methods will result in disqualification of all entries.

3. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted after the raffle end date
  • The drawing will be conducted using a certified random selection method
  • Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received
  • The number of winners will be determined by the specific raffle rules
  • All decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding

4. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of selection
  • Winners must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days
  • If a winner does not respond within the specified time period, an alternate winner may be selected
  • Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release
  • Failure to comply with any requirement may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner

5. Prizes

  • Prizes are as described in the specific raffle details
  • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash
  • BFLO Store reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable
  • All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied
  • Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes
  • Winners may be required to provide a Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes

6. Prize Claim

  • Winners may choose to collect their prize in-store or have it shipped (if applicable)
  • In-store pickup: Winners must present valid identification and confirmation code
  • Shipping: Winners must provide a valid shipping address within the United States
  • Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winner notification
  • BFLO Store is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged during shipping

7. General Conditions

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win
  • Void where prohibited by law
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of BFLO Store
  • BFLO Store reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules
  • BFLO Store is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries
  • BFLO Store is not responsible for technical failures, errors, or malfunctions of any kind
  • By entering, participants grant BFLO Store the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this raffle, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless BFLO Store, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this raffle or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Disputes

Except where prohibited, participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this raffle shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this raffle, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

10. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising out of or relating to these rules or the raffle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Erie County, New York.
